Alcohol use
This set of questions consider your relationship with alcohol and drinking behaviours.
Answer the following questions about your alcohol use during the past 12 months. "Alcoholic beverages" refer to beer, wine, spirits, etc. Please answer in terms of "standard drinks".
Our quick and easy mental health check has been designed with Emergency Service Workers and their adult family members in mind. It will provide insight into how you’re feeling right now, and give an indication of whether you are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety or post-traumatic stress.
Mental health challenges following stressful or traumatic events are normal, common and treatable.
Your check-in report will help you understand your current symptoms and provide a range of flexible and evidence-based support options depending on your circumstances, including:
Information and resources on managing your symptoms
A confidential mental health app
The option of a consultation with our expert clinical team.
This report is also a great tool to help start a conversation with your GP.
The Grant Program for Emergency Services Workers trauma Care, including PTSD support services, is funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Home Affairs.
Your responses are anonymous and confidential. If you would prefer to speak to someone over the phone to do your mental health check, you can call us on (02) 8627 3314 (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm). If you are in a crisis and need to speak to somebody outside of these hours, then you can call the Lifeline Bushfire Recovery line on 13 43 57.
